1Anime respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA notices. If you believe copyrighted work is infringed on our platform, submit a proper notice.
Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, the specific material location on 1Anime, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
After receiving a valid notice, we review and may remove or disable access to the reported content. We may notify the affected user when appropriate.
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the required legal statements and contact details. We will process valid counter-notices under applicable law.
Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright rules may be suspended or terminated.
